Contact the KSCR Serials Desk
Last updated
All correspondence with KSCR Serials goes through a single email address.
The desk
Write to us for general questions about the site, corrections to a book page or chapter list, partnership enquiries, and copyright notices. One inbox, one queue. We read everything that arrives.
Send your message to: contact@kscr.org
What to include
A clear subject line and the exact page you mean help us move faster. When you report a problem, always include the page URL.
- The full URL of the book page or chapter list in question.
- What you expected to see and what you saw instead.
- For corrections: the specific line, title or chapter number at fault.
- For partnership enquiries: a short note on what you propose.
- For copyright notices: state the work and your connection to it.
Reply times
We answer within a few business days. Volume varies, so allow a little room around weekends and public holidays. If a matter is urgent, say so in the subject line and we will try to sort it earlier.
Copyright and takedowns
Formal copyright notices follow a separate process. Check the copyright and takedown page for the steps and what to send. General copyright questions can still come to the address above.
What we do not offer
There is no phone line, no postal address and no contact form. Email is the only channel, and it keeps every request on one record. KSCR Serials only publishes opening chapters on the site; the rest sits with the publisher and the official app.
What we log
We log each message, the date it arrived and the page it concerns. That record is how corrections get tracked and how we spot a recurring fault in a chapter list.
