The story
Aubrey has spent seven years enduring fertility treatments to give her husband Julian the child he longed for. When his nominal sister Chloe is diagnosed with leukemia and only Aubrey matches as a bone marrow donor, Julian kneels and begs her to end her pregnancy so the surgery can proceed. She does. Afterward, he hands Chloe company shares while dismissing Aubrey's loss as nothing, and Chloe takes the gown Aubrey designed for herself, wearing it in Julian's arms.
