Section: CityEnglishPublished Oct 14, 2026

Exposing the Colleague Who Tried to Steal My Identity is a city serial in English. Parts 1–3 are printed here in full; the story continues from Part 4 in the official app.

From Part 4 the story is in the official app — the code is in the bar at the bottom of the page.

The story

Emily Anderson posts a photo of the pink diamond necklace her father designed and gave her for her birthday. Lily Anderson, a new intern, publicly accuses her of theft, claiming the necklace is hers and that she is the real heiress of the Anderson family. When Emily offers certificates and purchase records, Lily dismisses them as fakes and shares surveillance footage of Emily leaving her office with a bag.

Emily's boyfriend James Lucas sides with Lily, ends their relationship and publicly confesses his feelings for the intern, while colleagues mock Emily as a gold-digger. James denies asking Emily to fetch files from Lily's office, leaving Emily without proof against the theft accusation. Lily demands the necklace, an apology and Emily's resignation, threatening to involve her father.

Cornered by false evidence and betrayal, Emily laughs off Lily's claim to the Anderson family name, just as a deep voice asks who here is Miss Anderson.

Opening

All I did was post a photo of the exquisite pink diamond necklace my dad gave me for my birthday.

An intern, however, confronted me in front of everyone.

“Miss Anderson, why is my necklace with you? Do you think being a manager gives you the right to steal from others?”

I calmly explained that it was a birthday gift from my dad, personally purchased at an auction.

She didn’t believe me. Instead, she pulled out surveillance footage showing me entering and leaving her office and flat-out accused me of being a thief.
