The story
After three years of marriage, Cathy Perry's husband Robert Park strikes her and demands to know why she did not die in the accident that killed their parents. When he brings back Winnie Lauren, the woman he truly loves, Cathy hands him a divorce agreement and hides her diagnosis. She leaves the Park family home in the rain, only to find the house her parents left her now belongs to Robert, and the nanny turns her away. Alone in a hotel, she realizes her illness is worsening. Then her phone rings, and it is Robert calling.
Opening
He slapped me to the ground and questioned me in anger, "Cathy, why wasn't it you who died that year?"
Later he took Winnie Lauren who he really loved back.
I also listened to him and left the Park family.
As he wished, I would not appear in front of him again later.
Robert slapped me in the face.
I looked up at his handsome face calmly and said, "Let's get a divorce."
Robert looked grim and stared at me in disbelief, saying, "What did you say?"
