The story
After confirming her pregnancy, Raye suddenly begins hearing her husband Zack's inner voice, and it reveals a horrifying truth: the IVF embryo she carries was switched, and the child belongs to Zack and her elder sister, Elle. He plans to cage her, cut her off from the world, and let her die once the baby is born so he can marry Elle.
At her mother's house, Elle fawns over her belly while secretly brushing against Zack's leg, and his thoughts grow more merciless. When Raye finally accuses them, her mother slaps her and orders her to bear Elle's baby, revealing that Raye was only ever born to serve her sister.
Trapped between a husband who wants her dead and a family that never loved her, Raye must find a way to escape before they lock her away for good.
Opening
“This idiot is still gloating over her pregnancy. She doesn’t even know we switched out her IVF embryo. She’s nothing more than a surrogate for Elle. If Elle weren’t worried about how childbirth might endanger her life, I would’ve kicked this worthless woman out already. Just looking at her makes me sick.
“Once she delivers the baby, I’ll make sure she never gets up from the operating table. Then I’ll finally marry Elle, my one true love.”
