Living with a Monster: My Roommate's Dark Secret

A young woman shares an apartment with a man named Dustin, and from the start something feels wrong. Strange intimate sounds drift from his room at night, and a foul, musky odor clings to him and fills the flat. He claims he is a voice actor who needs quiet late hours to record, but his lingering stares and knowing smiles keep her on edge.

When she steps into the bathroom, she hears the door creak and heavy breathing outside; she locks it just in time. Later she catches his door open a crack, his glasses glinting as he watches her. Then, on a Saturday, she finds him on the balcony sniffing and caressing her freshly washed undergarments, and he brazenly asks her to be his girlfriend.

She flees to her best friend Chloe, but with no concrete crime, the police can do nothing. Armed only with pepper spray, she must return home to face the roommate whose dark secret she can no longer ignore.
