Perfect Husband Act: Now My Wife's Sorry

Peter York has spent five years trying to win his wife Kristen Snowe's love, but the system that brought him into her world finds her affection still below the minimum threshold. His mission is declared a failure, and he is granted only three days before he is sent back to where he came from. Resolved to say goodbye, he stops waiting up for her and stops fighting over the money she gives to her childhood friend, Jake Leigh.

Kristen scoffs at the change, then grows suspicious, then begins to fall apart, while Peter only smiles. She has already been gone for days, spending them with Jake, whose social media posts chart their time together. When she summons Peter to apologize to Jake before their gathered circle, he lifts a glass of vodka and asks them all to witness what he has to say.

With three days left, what does a man who has already lost everything still have to say?
