The story
Claudia Hepburn spent years trying to win back her fiancé, Arthur Maxwell, but he married her sister, Fione, instead. When Arthur's brother, Brett Maxwell, confessed his secret love for her, Claudia married him. For five years, Brett doted on her—until a shipwreck supposedly took his life. Pregnant and grieving, Claudia overhears a shocking conversation: the man she buried was Arthur, and Brett has been impersonating his dead brother to be with Fione. Confronted with his betrayal, Claudia decides to abort their twins and leave the Maxwell family. But Brett drags her to the hospital to donate blood for Fione, oblivious to Claudia's pain. After the procedure, Claudia vows to disappear from his life forever.
Opening
Claudia Hepburn had seduced his fiancé, Arthur Maxwell, ninety-nine times. However, he was still into her sister, Fione Hepburn.
Not only was he nowhere to be seen on the day of the wedding, but he even went ahead and registered his wedding with Fione instead. Claudia was turned into a laughingstock after that.
