I Found My True Love After My Ex-Husband Misbehaved

Wrongly accused of stealing trade secrets, Becca Lament was cast out of finance and now teaches English in a small town. At a meeting, she comes face to face with her ex-husband, Aaron Corbie, now a Wall Street powerhouse. A friend insists he still loves her and has stayed single, but Becca remembers the night he had her stripped, photographed and branded a corporate spy.

Aaron's fiancée, Claire Jimenez, publicly claims he keeps Becca's photo and will never forget her, while Aaron presses a business card into Becca's hand. When her father suffers a cerebral hemorrhage and needs surgery she cannot afford, Aaron arranges the top neurosurgeon and prepays every expense, drawing her back into his orbit. Claire then calls to say Aaron will restore Becca's reputation, and arrives at the hospital with reporters, announcing a fund in Becca's name while Becca must keep silent for her father's sake.
