The story
Sarah's husband, Gordon Zule, is almost never home, returning only when her ovulation period demands it, then leaving again without a thought for her satisfaction. When his younger brother, Yoseph Zule, moves in, the house grows tense, and Sarah's restlessness sharpens into something she cannot name.
Her friend Miranda Gunther once shared how skilled Yoseph was in bed, and now Sarah catches his bold gaze on her legs, then finds him watching indecent videos while clutching the thong she lost. The woman in the video, drugged and obedient, looks hauntingly like her.
When Yoseph hands Sarah a glass of milk and tells her to rest, she drinks it down, her eyelids growing heavy, unsure what she is becoming part of.
Opening
After we had our routine intimate session, I lay naked on the bed, still feeling the lingering sensations in my body.
