I Won’t Marry You If You Refuse To Let Me Graduate

Iris is a master's student whose experiments, writing and meeting contributions are all disasters in the eyes of Kevin, her cold, sharp-tongued advisor. After he tears apart the fifth draft of her thesis in front of the lab, she vents to her online boyfriend — only to glimpse his phone and realize the man who calls her "Mistress" in private is Kevin himself.

When she tries to video call him mid-meeting, he declines and sends money and a puppy gif instead, then publicly humiliates her again, warning she can request a transfer. Since Kevin is the department's youngest tenured professor and his father holds shares in the university, no other advisor would dare take her in.
