When My Corpse Grew Cold

A surgical prodigy is bound to an operating table by his own fiancée, Vivian, who demands he save the father of her sponsored student, Ethan. When the cancer has already metastasized and the man dies, Ethan blames him for murder, and Vivian has him dragged into a basement where her men sever the tendons in his wrists. Accused again when Ethan is poisoned, he is beaten and his fingers broken, then left to rot in the dark.
