Wife forced me Plato, but let good brother for her antidote.

Jasper Night's wife Serena Thorne insisted their marriage stay purely spiritual, yet on their wedding night she drank too much and turned to her "good friend" Drew Miller instead. When Jasper tried to help her, she accused him of drugging her, then threw herself into Drew's arms and humiliated Jasper before the guests. He could only sneer, because three years ago, after he lost his memory, Serena rescued him and asked him to fulfill ninety-nine wishes in return. Now only a few remain, and once they are used up, he owes her nothing.

Serena keeps spending those wishes to shield Drew, who mocks Jasper at every turn, while she compensates Jasper with checks and chains him when he resists. Jasper endures the humiliation, counting down the wishes that will set him free. When Serena strikes him for defending himself against Drew, her bodyguards pin him down, and Jasper finally sends a message asking to be picked up, ready to reclaim the life he left behind.
