The story
A world-renowned cardiothoracic surgeon is issued a government vehicle with the license plate "1111," authorized for her emergency use only. When the car hits the road, traffic systems clear her path with green lights and a police escort. She keeps it at the garage of her fiancé, Julian York.
An urgent call comes in: a high-ranking official needs an emergency heart transplant. She rushes to the York estate to retrieve the car, but a strange woman, Sienna, forces her way into the back seat and demands to be chauffeured. The housekeeper reveals that Julian has been letting Sienna use the car and that the staff call her the mistress of the house.
As the surgeon tries to leave, Sienna and the York family bodyguards attack her, tying her to the rear bumper and dragging her across gravel. With her hands and life at risk, she must find a way to reach the airport before time runs out.

I’m a world-renowned cardiothoracic surgeon. To facilitate my emergency surgeries across the state, the government issued me a specialized vehicle with the license plate "1111." It’s authorized for my use only.
Whenever this car hits the road, the traffic control system clears the way, giving me green lights and a police escort from start to finish.
Since receiving the car, I’ve kept it at my fiancé, Julian York’s, garage for maintenance.
