The story
When Ethan Thamson was broke, his first love left him for a richer man. Natalie Montgomery found him unconscious on the side of the road and took him in. For eight years she stayed by his side as he rose from a nobody on the streets to one of the most powerful men in the city, and he treated her like the center of his world.
Now eight months pregnant, Natalie finds an almost-empty box of condoms in his car. Ethan laughs it off, blaming Mason. Then his first love, Vanessa Coleman, appears at their door, pregnant, and claims Ethan has been with her all along. When Natalie slaps her, Ethan takes Vanessa's side and demands an apology.
Alone and bleeding, Natalie calls Ethan for help, but he stays at the hospital with Vanessa and tells her to stop calling. As labor begins, she must face the truth about the man she loved.
