A Maid For The Four Gods

When Loria Thames came of age, she is expected to serve the four gods of the Baklava Kingdom as her ancestors had done-the God of Fire, the God of Light, the God of Vengeance, and the God of Fate. To Loria, it means surrendering her freedom to serve four ancient gods she has never even met. But everything changes when she discovers they are not the old, terrifying beings she imagined. Soon, she finds herself deeply attracted to all four of them, going against everything she has ever believed.

Flames, Torian, Nissi, and Micah Baklava are the four Gods who rule the kingdom. The God of Fire, the God of Light, the God of Vengeance, and the God of Fate are worshipped, feared, and obeyed, yet almost nothing is known about the men behind the legends. They have lived for centuries, bound by an ancient oath that has kept them from becoming too close to the humans who serve them. But Loria is different. From the moment she enters their world, the carefully guarded balance between the four Gods begins to shift. Flames cannot understand why her presence stirs something he has buried for centuries. Torian sees a light within her that should not exist. Nissi senses a connection to her that awakens an old desire for vengeance, while Micah who knows what what the end should be doesn't know how her story ends-and fears that not seeing her fate like others could change the fate of them all They were never supposed to want their maid. And Loria was never supposed to become the one thing the four gods could not control.
